FREE QR CreatorQR Code Generator in Pakistan
Create free QR codes for your visiting card, restaurant menu, PDF, WhatsApp, Wi-Fi or website. Add your logo and download PNG, SVG or an A5 PDF sign. English and Urdu. No signup.
What happens when someone scans?
Scanning opens your public menu URL in the customer's browser. Prices, images and menu updates come from that destination. Ordering, payments and kitchen tickets require a separate service or integration.
Have these details ready
- A public menu webpage or PDF URL that opens without signing in.
- Your restaurant or café name for the optional print sign.
- An optional logo and a short instruction such as ‘Scan for our menu’.
How to create your restaurant menu qr
Publish a readable menu
Use your own website, an existing menu platform or a publicly shared PDF. Keep prices and availability current. Open the link in a signed-out browser first; a private document will also be private after a customer scans.
Paste the menu link
Restaurant menu is selected in the creator below. Add the public URL and your business name. The preview shows what the QR will open, so check that you pasted the menu rather than an editing or account-management link.
Make a recognisable table sign
Choose a high-contrast colour on white and optionally add your restaurant logo. Use a clear call to action. Download SVG for the printer or the A5 PDF sign for a counter; PNG also works for online sharing.
Test at the table
Scan a printed sample from a seated customer's distance. Check that the menu loads on a mobile connection and that dishes and PKR prices are readable without excessive zooming. Keep a printed or staff-assisted option available.
Before you share or print
- Keep the destination URL available for as long as the sign is in use.
- Avoid a large, slow menu file; test the destination on a mobile connection.
- A menu-link QR alone does not collect an order or connect to a POS or kitchen system.
A static QR stores fixed content. Read the free creator guide for expiry, privacy and print-format details, or get help from TapX.
Restaurant menu QR: questions answered
Can I update menu prices without reprinting?
Yes, if you update the content at the exact same public URL. The static QR's address is fixed; moving the menu to a new address requires a new code or a separate dynamic QR service.
Does the free QR creator host my menu?
No. It creates a code for an existing public webpage or PDF. Hosting, menu design, ordering and analytics are separate.
Does a customer need the TapX app?
No TapX app is required to open the menu link. Customers can use a compatible phone camera or QR scanner and a browser. Loading the linked menu normally needs an internet connection.
