What happens when someone scans?
A supported scanner reads the vCard and can offer to save it in the phone's contacts. This is a contact file, not a hosted profile page, social-media hub or editable digital business card.

- The contact's full name and at least one phone number, email or website.

How to create your business card / vcard qr
Start with the essential contact
Business card is selected below. Enter your full name and a contact method. Pakistani mobile formats 03, +92 and 0092 are accepted. Keep the phone number current and check that the person receiving the card should have these details.
Add only useful extra details
Open More contact details to include an email, website or address. Long content makes a denser code, which is harder to scan when printed small. A visiting card is usually clearer with essential contact information rather than a whole company profile.
Choose print-ready artwork
Optionally add your logo and select a dark colour against white. Download SVG for the designer or printer so the artwork stays sharp when sized. Keep the clear border around the code and never stretch it into a rectangle.
Test the saved contact
Scan the card on representative phones and inspect the saved name, business, phone, email and website. Then scan a physical print sample before ordering a batch. Supported scanners may present the contact fields differently.
Before you share or print
- A static vCard cannot update the phone number on cards already printed.
- A plain website QR opens a page; a vCard QR stores a contact. Choose the outcome you need.

What is the difference between a vCard and a digital profile QR?
A vCard QR contains contact fields that a supported scanner can save. A profile QR links to a webpage that can hold richer information. The free Business card option creates a static vCard.
Do people need internet to read the contact?
The contact details are encoded in the static QR and can be read by a compatible scanner without visiting a TapX server. Opening its website link or contacting you may require a connection.
Can I edit contact details after printing?
No. The vCard data in a static QR stays fixed. Create a new code after changing the contact, or use a separately managed profile or dynamic QR for editable destinations.
