Alams Innovate Private Limited maintains a strict no-refund policy for all TapX® and TouchPoints products and services. All sales are final.
While we do not offer refunds, we do provide replacements on a case-by-case basis for defective or damaged products, subject to the conditions outlined below.
You must report any problems or defects immediately within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. After this 48-hour window, no complaints shall be accepted under any circumstances.
This strict timeline ensures prompt resolution and allows us to address genuine issues while the product condition can be accurately verified.
Our technical team tests every TouchPoint unit before shipping to end users. Each product undergoes rigorous quality control to ensure it meets our standards before dispatch.
In cases where products arrive broken or damaged during transit, the shipping company is responsible for the damage. We will assist in coordinating with the shipping provider, but ultimate liability rests with the courier service.
To file a shipping damage claim, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and product.
Replacement requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To be considered for replacement:
Original items are required for stock-return log purposes in case of replacement approval. Failure to return damaged equipment or units shall result in the item being considered non-replaceable.
Our products come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be filed within the specified warranty period.

All decisions regarding replacements are at the sole discretion of Alams Innovate Private Limited. Our technical team's assessment is final and binding.
